Four policemen martyred, 12 police and civilians injured in Quetta blast

QUETTA: At least four police men were martyred and 12 people including police personnel  injured in IED (Improvised explosive device) exploded near Al-Huda Mosque at Satellite Town Block-2 at about 2045 hours on Monday.The IED exploded close to police van near a mosque during Namaz-e-Taraveeh in the Mini Market of Satellite Town.Geo News citing rescue sources reported that at least four police personnel   were martyred and 12 people including police personnel were injured in the explosion.Two vehicles were damaged in the blast.Police, FC and other LEAs  reached  the site of the explosion and the injured are being rushed to nearby hospital for medical treatment.The names of the martyred police men are:  C8109-Zulifqar, C4700-M Ishaq, C5743-Ghulam Nabi and C8022-Mushtaq Shah. The names of the injured people are:1. Driver Raheem Bux, police man2. Saeed s/o Irfan, age 20 years3. Aqeel Ahmed s/o Malik Muhammad Ismail 4. Ahmed Sayal s/o Abdul Jabbar5. Abdul Jabbar s/o Abdul Ghaffar6. Sabir Hussain s/o Muhammad Aslam Butt7. Waris s/o Ali Muhammad, cast Kakar8. Muhammad Qasim s/o Hazrat Noor, cast Kakar9. Mushtaq Shah, Police constable10. Qadir s/o Gulzar11. Jameel s/o Muhammad Tufail12. Nabeel s/o Anosha
